Use of the site
By accessing or using jaiwinlogin.in.net ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use immediately. Jai Win reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Jai Win reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who does not satisfy these eligibility criteria without prior notice.
Permitted use
You agree to use the Site solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its servers, transmit unsolicited promotional material, reverse-engineer any software forming part of the Site, or deploy automated tools or scrapers to collect data without prior written consent from Jai Win.
Account responsibilities
If you create an account on the Site, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Jai Win shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Intellectual property
All content, features, and functionality available on the Site are the exclusive property of Jai Win or its licensors and are protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Ownership
The Jai Win name, logo, trade marks, and all associated branding are the sole property of Jai Win. All text, graphics, images, software, audio, video, and other material published on the Site ("Content") may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of Jai Win.
Limited licence
Jai Win grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to create derivative works from any Content, sublicence or resell access to the Site, or remove any copyright, trade mark, or proprietary notices contained in the Content.
User-submitted content
If you submit or post any content to the Site, you grant Jai Win a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and publish that content in connection with the operation of the Site. You warrant that you own or hold the necessary rights to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jai Win, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Your use of the Site is entirely at your own risk.
No warranties
The Site and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Jai Win does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Exclusion of damages
In no event shall Jai Win be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your access to or use of the Site, any third-party conduct on the Site, or any errors or omissions in any Content. Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, Jai Win's total aggregate liability shall not exceed INR 500 or the amount you paid to Jai Win in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jai Win and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
